I, of course, get far more out of social apps than people who can actually go somewhere and hang out with folks, in person. But that is not to say that I disagree with any of the above sentiments–FB walks a fine line. I figure I’m good if I’m not playing any of the FB ‘Games’ like Farmers and Mafias, I’m not trying to start a business on a FB page, and I’m not just trolling around saying mean comments to people I disagree with.
On the flip side of that, I do post things I wish to share with people–my poems, my improvs, my essays–and, being human, I hope to be heard or read or at the very least ‘liked’. — so there is a sense in which I’m disappointed with the lack of views, comments or replies. Especially in the Piano music, I fear that having shared the last 5 years or so on YouTube, I can’t blame people for not listening to see if I’ve improved lately (which I think I might have done).
But aside from all that, I really enjoyed this poem–it chides deftly without actually attacking FB–more of a warning than a rant at FB Users–which I like.

Yes. You unwrap all the phoniness with which we surround ourselves. Well-expressed and powerful.
