Autumn off –

With meaningful furniture

And pretty pictures on the wall

Nice music – NO … G-R-R-R-r-e-a-t Music!

Good heat, modern plumbing,

Low rent, free parking,

A gym, a track, a pool,

A library, a deli nearby,

With hot lunch specials

And really good soups,

An in-house cinema

With first-run features.

No fleas, no dust,

Static free a must.

Occasional buffets,

A reliable ice-cream-maker

And no telephones.

Pretty people

Friendly people

Accepting, supportive,

Understanding, admiring,

Loving, huggable people.

Co-workers who snuggle

(Teddy bears optional).
